1. Platform Overview
MissionArmy is a digital task platform that connects independent contractors (Agents) with structured digital work opportunities (Missions). By creating an account, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Agent Status
All agents on MissionArmy are independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture between you and MissionArmy. You are solely responsible for your own tax obligations in your jurisdiction.
3. Mission Completion Standards
Missions must be completed exactly as described in each mission brief. Submissions must include verifiable proof as specified — either a live URL, screenshot, or completed template. Incomplete, fraudulent, or falsified submissions will be rejected and may result in account suspension.
4. Payment Terms
Approved submissions earn the stated reward amount. Payments process on a biweekly schedule (every other Friday). Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are disclosed within the platform after login. Pending submissions are not withdrawable until approved.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Agents may not: submit fabricated or artificially generated proof; create fake accounts on third-party platforms to complete missions; use automation tools or bots; create multiple MissionArmy accounts; or engage in any activity that violates the terms of service of any third-party platform used to complete a mission.
6. Submission Review and Appeals
MissionArmy reviews all submissions at its sole discretion. Rejections include admin notes explaining the reason. There is no formal appeals process, though agents may resubmit if the mission is still available and the issue was correctable.
7. Account Suspension and Bans
First fraudulent submission: written warning. Second: 7-day suspension. Third: permanent ban with forfeiture of any unpaid balance below the withdrawal threshold. MissionArmy reserves the right to ban accounts at any time for any violation of these terms.
8. Platform Changes
MissionArmy reserves the right to modify mission rewards, tier requirements, payout schedules, and these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via dashboard notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
MissionArmy is not responsible for any consequences agents experience from their activities on third-party platforms. We make no guarantees regarding the availability of specific missions, minimum earnings, or continuity of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
